InnovizeTech Software Pvt. Ltd. is  an Indian company that has built a software to capture how employees are spending their time to help manage and monitor productivity. Especially for companies that do a large amount of time- and materials-based services work, this is an important function, and Shirish has already managed to get several pilots with Indian companies in the Bombay/Pune area.

Their patent pending product, Sapience, is an enterprise software that measures productivity—or estimates an employee’s efforts. It can measure productivity on a project level, team level or employee level.

InnovizeTech Software has just raised Rs 4.5 crore in its series A round from a new fund called Seed Enterprises. The Pune-based company had raised $350,000 in angel funding from Indian Angel Network (IAN) in June 2010.The funding will be used for technology development – for adding advanced features to the solution and undertaking R&D.
